Welcome to PriorityReach™.

PriorityReach™  is an award winning program from the California Association of Healthcare Facilities (CAHF), in 2008.

PriorityReach™ is an easy way to express concerns you may have for the services provided by the companies that contract our services.  These companies are hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (nursing homes), assisted living facilities,  facilities for the developmentally disabled childcare centers, and pre-schools.

Customers, visitors and employees of these companies can make anonymous reports regarding an incident in the facility, including abuse, negligence, corporate compliance, privacy (HIPPA) regulations or any situation that the reporter is interested in communicating.  Also, you can praise an employee for going above and beyond the line of duty.  This is also important because it helps the facility recognize employees who deserve extra praise.

Upon receiving the report, PriorityReach™ staff will contact the company officials to notify them about any details, and if applicable, to initiate an investigation.
